公司的核心交换机H3C S7506X-G，经常收到下联端口拓扑变更通知，造成不稳定

对应日志表示收到stp tc报文，现场查找下2/0/9对端的设备，然后登陆对应设备，多次执行display stp tc，看received增加的都是哪些接口，然后再到received递增的接口互联的设备查，如此反复，直到最终无received增加的设备，此时查对应设备是否有非stp边缘接口存在UP/down情况即可。
