H3C SecPath F1000 ，每条线路都配置nqa分析

一条电信线路，3条移动线路，电信配置了NQA，移动线3路没有配置NQA。

出现问题：移动有一条线路光猫死机或不稳定（ping不通网关），这条线路负载用户都不能使用，不能切换到其它线路上。

H3C SecPath F1000 做网关出口，下面一台H3C核心交换机，所有用户连接核心交换机。
