交换机里有环路查不出来

交换机型号H3C Comware Software, Version 7.1.070, Release 6329

H3C S5120V3-52S-SI

无从下手查不出来，arp显示的mac都是交换机本身的地址，组的交换机管理网，48接口的是运营商的传输，49口接的是交换机组的楼宇交换机网，总是提示查不出来，有什么好办法，主交换是H3C S7510E,分支都H3C S5120V3-52S-SI，一出这个主交换上就有个别分支交换机up/down
