F100-C-G5防火墙 流量统计功能如何使用

F100-C-G5防火墙后台，监控-统计-流量统计里面的几个排行（用户排行、应用排行、源IP地址排行）均显示：当前查询返回的数据为空。请问这个流量统计的功能怎么使用，是否有相关操作手册，谢谢。

组网：外网-路由器-防火墙-核心交换机
