H3C R4900 G3服务器无法创建raid阵列

一、BIOS中创建RAID阵列

1、服务器开机后进入BIOS，创建RAID阵列，依次选择点击Advanced——》***AVAGO MegaRAID <AVAGO MegaRAID SAS 9361-8i 2GB>***——》Main Menu，界面有显示“Controller is running in safe mode.Safe mode is used for diagnostic purposes only.Limited operations such as Configuration Preview,Clear Configuration and View/Change Controller Properties are allowed in this mode. Other operations such as Create Configuration, Impont and Clear Foreign Configurations are not allowed. To exit safe mode, correct the fault, and reboot your computer.”提示；继续选择点击Configuration Management进入，界面仍有标绿字段的提示，且只有“Clear configuration”选项，无“Create Virtual Drive”等其他选项，无法创建RAID阵列。

2、尝试解除安全模式，进入BIOS配置,然后选择Advanced，再选中AVAGO MegaRAID，进入LSI配置界面后选择Main Menu，选中Controller Management，选择最下面的Advanced Controller Properties，选中Boot Mode项发现默认配置是Safe mode on errors，修改成Ignore errors，重启后界面没有了标绿字段的提示，但仍只有“Clear configuration”选项，无“Create Virtual Drive”等其他选项，无法创建RAID阵列。
