WX3024E升级交换引擎没有启动成功，请问是什么原因，有log。

升级版本，旧版本是R3308P07想升级到R3509P73，但是无线控制引擎能升级，LSW（交换引擎）貌似没有启动成功。

请大佬帮忙看下这是升级后LSW启动的Log，System application is starting显示后就没反应了。
