  • 原因:通常是瞬间流量过大,超过端口出方向带宽或交换芯片缓冲能力。队列2(通常用于数据业务)发生拥塞,说明可能是广播/组播风暴突发大流量导致。

  • 影响:丢包会导致上层应用(如迁移)的重传和延迟,严重时造成TCP会话中断,CloudOS与CAS之间的心跳或迁移数据流中断。

2. ARP攻击防御触发(PORT_ATTACK_OCCUR)

  • 现象:多个端口(G1/0/12、G1/0/18、G1/0/20、Te1/0/53)频繁触发ARP攻击防御,自动启动和停止。

  • 原因短时间内收到大量ARP报文,超过设备默认阈值(通常500pps),触发端口防御。常见原因为网络环路导致ARP广播风暴,或恶意ARP攻击

  • 影响:防御启动后,端口会暂时限制ARP报文,可能影响正常ARP学习,导致通信中断。

3. STP拓扑变化频繁(STP_NOTIFIED_TC)

  • 现象:G1/0/12反复收到STP拓扑变化通知(TC报文)。

  • 原因:当网络中某个交换机端口状态变化(up/down)或链路震荡时,STP会泛洪TC报文,通知其他交换机刷新MAC地址表。频繁TC说明网络拓扑不稳定

  • 影响:MAC表频繁刷新,导致大量未知单播广播,加剧网络负担,并可能造成瞬时通信中断。

4. IP地址冲突(ARP_USER_DUPLICATE_IPADDR_DETECT)

  • 现象:G1/0/12上发现两个MAC使用相同IP 192.168.92.149

  • 原因:可能某台虚拟机或物理机配置了重复IP。

  • 影响:导致ARP表抖动,部分主机无法正常通信。



结合以上现象,最可能的原因是网络中存在环路或广播风暴。典型的场景是:

  1. 二层环路:某台交换机之间或交换机与服务器之间形成了环路,导致广播帧无限循环,瞬间填满端口缓冲区,触发丢包和ARP风暴。

  2. 虚拟机迁移过程中的异常:CAS在进行虚机迁移时,可能会在源和目标端口产生大量广播/组播流量,如果网络存在环路或带宽不足,就会引发上述问题。

  3. 某台设备故障:服务器网卡故障、虚机异常发送大量ARP请求,导致攻击防御触发。



排查步骤

第一步:确认环路和STP状态

display stp brief # 查看所有端口STP状态,检查是否有端口处于阻塞(Discarding)状态
display stp abnormal-port # 查看是否有端口异常(如环路保护触发) display loopback-detection # 如果开启了环路检测,查看检测结果如果发现某些端口应该阻塞却变成了转发,或端口状态频繁变化,则可能存在环路。


第二步:分析端口流量

display interface GigabitEthernet 1/0/12 # 查看该端口统计,重点关注广播包、组播包、错误包
display counters inbound interface GigabitEthernet 1/0/12 display counters outbound interface GigabitEthernet 1/0/12观察广播包比例,如果广播包占比异常高(>50%),则说明存在广播风暴。


第三步:检查ARP攻击防御

第四步:定位IP冲突

找到冲突的两个MAC,追踪对应的设备(可能是虚拟机或物理机),修正IP配置。


第五步:检查虚机迁移时的网络行为

  • 登录CAS管理平台,查看迁移任务日志,确认迁移是否涉及上述接口对应的网络。

  • 检查虚拟机的网卡属性,是否存在混杂模式或大量广播需求(如VRRP、集群心跳等)。

  • 如果迁移时使用了同一物理网络的多个端口,且网络中存在环路,就容易引发广播风暴。

整网现在是典型的:大量 ARP 异常 / IP 冲突 → 触发 ARP 攻击防御 → 端口拥塞丢包 → 网络震荡(STP 频繁 TC)
核心问题不在交换机本身,而在下联终端 / 网段有大量 IP 冲突、ARP 泛洪、环路或中毒主机

一、日志里关键问题梳理

1. 明确的 IP 地址冲突(根因之一)

2. ARP 攻击 / ARP 泛洪 被交换机识别并防御

二、整体原因链

  1. 下联存在 IP 冲突 + ARP 攻击 / 泛洪
  2. ARP 包打爆端口和 CPU 队列
  3. 触发端口防御、限速、丢包
  4. 链路闪断 → STP 频繁 TC
  5. 全网广播 / 转发压力暴增 → 端口队列拥塞、大量丢包
  6. 表现:网速慢、掉线、时通时断、部分业务不通

三、建议处理步骤(按优先级)

1. 立刻定位并处理 IP 冲突主机

根据日志里的 IP 和 MAC:
  • 192.168.10.234
  • 192.168.88.73 / 88.80
  • 192.168.92.75 / 92.149
操作:
  1. 在核心上查对应 MAC:
    plaintext
    dis mac-address | in XXXX dis arp | in X.X.X.X
  2. 找到对应接入交换机端口,物理隔离该主机
  3. 排查:是否有人私接路由器 WAN/LAN 口乱接、手动设置重复 IP、虚拟机桥接冲突

2. 重点排查 GE1/0/12

这个口是重灾区:
  • 频繁 STP TC
  • 频繁 ARP 攻击
  • 大量 IP 冲突
    大概率下联:
  • 一个小交换机 / 傻瓜交换机下带了很多问题终端
  • 或者有环路
  • 或者有一台中毒严重的主机
处理:
  • shutdown GE1/0/12观察网络是否立刻恢复
  • 恢复了就说明问题就在这个下联网段

3. 开启 / 加固 ARP 安全、端口安全(防止再次爆发)

在接入端口或问题端口下配置:

4. 排查环路

  • 检查是否有一根线两头插同一台交换机 / 同一个配线环回

看哪个端口带宽占满、错包多、流量异常,直接定位。

四、最快恢复方案(现场常用)

  1. 先 shutdown GE1/0/12,观察日志是否平静、拥塞是否消失
  2. 同时清理日志中出现的所有冲突 IP 对应的设备
  3. 网络恢复后,再逐步打开端口,逐个排查下联设备
  4. 最后部署 ARP 防护、风暴抑制、边缘端口
