<H3C>reset save   //清除已保存的配置

#重启设备

<H3C>reboot   //重启设备

通过命令行（CLI）恢复（推荐）

这是最常用也最直接的方法，前提是你能够通过Console口或Telnet/SSH登录到交换机命令行界面。

1. 执行恢复命令：在用户视图（提示符为 <H3C>）下，输入以下命令并回车：

   <H3C> restore factory-default
   系统会提示“This command will restore the system to the factory default configuration...”，询问是否继续，输入 Y 并回车。

2. 重启设备：恢复操作完成后，需要重启交换机以使出厂配置生效。执行 reboot 命令：

   <H3C> reboot

3. 处理重启提示：系统会询问是否保存当前配置，这里务必选择 N（否），然后确认重启选择 Y（是），交换机就会以出厂配置启动了。

一、命令行恢复（推荐，可正常登录时）

1. 用户视图下执行（<H3C> 提示符）
   plaintext

   <H3C> reset saved-configuration The saved configuration file will be erased. Are you sure? [Y/N]: Y
2. 提示清除成功后，重启设备，不保存当前配置
   plaintext

   <H3C> reboot Current configuration will be lost, save current configuration? [Y/N]: N This command will reboot the device. Continue? [Y/N]: Y
3. 重启完成即恢复出厂。

二、BootROM 恢复（忘记密码 / 无法登录）

1. 用 Console 线连接电脑与交换机 Console 口
2. 重启交换机，出现 Press Ctrl+B to enter BootROM 时快速按 Ctrl+B
3. 输入 BootROM 密码（默认：admin / h3capadmin，版本不同略有差异）
4. 菜单选择：
   plaintext

   8. Restore to factory default configuration Are you sure? [Y/N]: Y
5. 恢复完成后选 7. Reboot 重启

三、Web 界面恢复（能正常登录 Web 时）

1. 浏览器访问交换机管理 IP，登录 Web 管理页
2. 进入：系统 → 维护 → 配置管理
3. 点 恢复出厂配置 → 重置 → 是
   

四、重要说明

• 恢复后默认状态
  • 管理 IP：192.168.0.233/24（VLAN 1）
  • Web / 命令行：无默认密码（首次登录直接回车）
• ⚠️ 警告
  • 恢复将清空所有配置（VLAN、IP、端口、聚合、路由等）
  • 操作前务必备份配置（save 到本地或 TFTP）
  • 过程中不能断电，否则可能损坏系统文件
