问题描述：
云简突然出现无法认证，怀疑是ac版本问题，升级ac之后，云简依然无法认证，出现大量报错，请问该如何排查？

ap上线正常，cpu，内存，正常。

1. 配置合法性校验
执行命令：
display wlan service-template all
display portal all
display portal statistics
检查绑定Portal的服务模板是否漏配Portal绑定、认证使能，云简Portal的密钥/URL/端口是否和云简平台完全一致，确认Portal在线用户数未超出AC规格上限，排查是否存在无效/重复的Portal实例、非业务VLANIF下误配Portal的情况。
2. 临时规避操作
将所有绑定Portal的服务模板下Portal相关配置删除后重新配置，执行service-template X shutdown再undo shutdown，最后执行reset wlan ap all重启所有AP，大部分场景可临时恢复。
3. 版本缺陷修复
你当前使用的WX3520X 9.1.081 Release1608P05版本存在已知的Portal下发零段bug，对接云简Portal要求最低版本为9.1.081 Release1615，建议直接升级到官方适配云简的最新稳定版本9.1.081 Release1619P13，升级完成后在云简平台解绑AC重新同步配置即可彻底解决。

AC 内部为某个 Radio 或 SSID 生成的用于 Portal 的 BSS 配置消息为空。这是根源。UpCTL send resp failed, APID: X, Msg: 50, Ret: 1073807361.
AC 向 AP 发送该空消息失败。Msg: 50很可能是 CAPWAP 协议中用于下发 WLAN 配置的消息类型。Ret: 1073807361是返回的错误码（十六进制为0x40000001），通常意味着消息无效或资源不足。
核心矛盾：AC 本应生成包含重定向 URL、认证参数等的完整配置发给 AP，但现在它在生成阶段就变成了空消息。
二、排查方向与步骤（按优先级排序）
1. 检查云简平台的配置一致性
请登录云简网络后台，重点确认：
SSID 模板绑定：当前故障的 SSID 是否仍然正确绑定了云简的 Portal 认证策略？（是否被意外解除绑定或改配）
认证页面配置：有没有修改过定制认证页面、URL 或参数？有时某个非法字符可能导致 AC 解析失败，生成空配置。
AC 设备纳管：云简上该 AC 的“认证配置”状态是否正常？尝试先取消该 SSID 的 Portal 策略并保存，等待 1-2 分钟，再重新下发一次，触发 AC 重新生成配置。
2. 检查 AC 本地的相关配置
SSH 到 AC，进行以下检查：
portal 相关的命令是否都被正确配置？是否存在残缺的命令行？如果能看到类似 “portal apply mac-trigger-server ...” 等命令，但后面参数不全，就是问题点。3. 检查 AP 与 AC 的版本兼容性
虽然 AC 升级了，但 AP 的版本可能未同步更新或存在不兼容。
4. 临时关闭再开启 Portal 配置（快速自愈尝试）
在 AC 上找到云简下发的服务模板，进入模板视图：

升级后，原有的、已生效的 Portal 配置可能以某种不标准的格式存留在配置文件中，导致 AC 无法为新 AP 生成有效消息。可以尝试：将故障的服务模板的配置完整复制出来（

undo portal所有相关配置，然后严格按照新版配置手册重新手动配置一遍（临时测试），如果手动下发正常，则证明是云简下发的旧配置有问题，需要联系 H3C 云简团队处理。

- 备份配置；
- 格式化 Flash / 恢复出厂 → 重新上传正确适配版本 → 重新绑定云简；
- 再导入配置（避免旧坏配置残留）。
五、最简结论（你可以直接照做）
- 优先回退 / 更换云简适配版本：9.1.075 稳定版 或 9.1.081P09+；
- 清空并重新配置 cloud portal + service-template + portal interface；
- 提交配置并 reset wlan ap all；
- 仍不行：恢复出厂 + 重刷版本。
