重启到bootware恢复密码
3 配置步骤
3.1 进入bootroom菜单清除Consle密码
通过conlse线和crt软件连接并登陆设备，然后把设备断电重启。控制台上会打印如下信息，当出现“press Ctrl+B”的时候快速按住“Ctrl+B” 进入botroom菜单

按住“Ctrl+B”进入如下菜单。选择“<6> Skip Current System Configuration”跳过当前配置启动,不同设备可能不是数字6，

3.2 如果不需要之前的配置信息的话
操作步骤：跳过启动文件后直接保存当前配置，再重启。

给设备和电脑配置成同网段IP地址（举例：WAC配置成192.168.100.1，电脑配置成192.168.100.2），在电脑上通过3CD软件搭建tftp服务器。
可以到本地相关路径（此例子中是E盘）查看到相关文件。
需要恢复之前配置
解决方法：删除密码恢复之前配置文件
使用记事本打开startup.cfg文件
删除aux0口下的认证方式和密码并保存文件
覆盖当前配置文件

1. 设备断电重启，启动时按【Ctrl+B】进入BootWare菜单，默认密码为空（已修改需输入）；
2. 选择“跳过当前配置文件”选项（对应编号一般为5，版本略有差异），进入系统；
3. Console登录无需密码，进入系统视图后配置：
Console密码：user-interface con 0，authentication-mode password，set authentication password simple 新密码；
Web密码：local-user admin，password simple 新密码，service-type http https；
4. 执行save保存配置，重启后正常登录。

具体操作步骤如下：
使用 Console 调试线将电脑与 WX3510H 的 Console 口连接，打开终端软件（如 SecureCRT、PuTTY）。设置好串口参数（波特率 9600，数据位 8，停止位 1，无校验，无流控），然后重启设备。
在设备启动过程中，当终端屏幕上出现
Press Ctrl+B to access EXTENDED-BOOTWARE MENU... 的提示时，迅速按下 Ctrl+B 组合键。(注：如果此时提示输入 BootWare 密码，默认通常是
h3c 或者直接按回车尝试。)进入 BootWare 扩展菜单后，根据屏幕提示，输入数字
8 选择 Skip Authentication for Console Login（跳过 Console 口登录认证），然后按回车确认。操作完成后，在 BootWare 菜单中输入数字
0 选择 Reboot 重启设备。设备重启后，通过 Console 口登录将不再需要密码，直接按回车即可进入命令行界面。此时你可以重新设置 Web 登录密码（即本地管理用户的密码），并务必保存配置：

你这种情况（Web + Console 密码全忘），只能走 BootWare 跳过认证 → 改密码 → 保存配置。下面给你 WX3510H 最稳、可直接照着做的完整步骤（业务会短暂中断，选维护窗口操作）。
一、准备工作
Console 线：USB 转 RJ45，接 AC 的 Console 口和电脑 USB。
终端软件：SecureCRT / PuTTY / Xshell
参数：波特率 9600、数据位 8、停止位 1、无校验、无流控。
电脑设个静态 IP（比如 192.168.1.100），后面改完密码方便登 Web。
二、重启进 BootWare，跳过密码
设备断电→上电，在屏幕刚滚动时，会提示：

立刻按 Ctrl+B，进入 BootWare 菜单。
默认 BootWare 密码：空（直接回车）；少数版本是 h3capadmin。

四、验证 Web 登录
浏览器输入 AC 的管理 IP（默认常见 192.168.0.50，如果改过就用你网段的）。
用户名 admin，密码用刚才设的 新密码，即可登录。
五、极端情况（BootWare 密码也改了且忘）
自己无法处理，只能联系 H3C 售后 / 400，走返厂解密。
