ping不通二层设备的怪事求指教

路由器 地址10.11.0.1

三层S5560 地址 10.11.0.2/10.11.2.1

三层下面挂一个华为AC6003无线控制器

现在的情况是，从AC6003 ping 10.11.0.1 和 10.11.0.2 都不通；但是拿笔记本接AC 4口ping 0.1和0.2都通，而且笔记本能正常上网。

从三层ping AC 10.11.4.1 也是不通，用笔记本直接连三层ping 0.1和0.2都正常，4.1不通。

你说不通吧，笔记本能上网；说通吧，ping管理地址不通。希望不是跨厂商引起的问题吧。

有哪位大佬能指点一二的，感谢。
