S3600-28TP-SI 用户无法删除，请高手帮忙，谢谢！

问题描述：
S3600-28TP-SI设备，执行如下命令后 1、local-user adminh3c ，2、 password simple 123456 3、service-type telnet level 3
创建用户adminh3c.
在系统视图下，使用undo local-user adminh3c 删除该用户时报错，提示为“User access number is not zero, can not delete user”，百度也没找到解答方法，该如何删除，先谢谢了！

console登录？还是远程登录的啊，是不是登录的用户权限不够啊

这样无法执行。

这种也无法执行，该怎么办？
