iNode SSL VPN认证失败

iNode客户端程序（版本是7.3（E0528））SSL VPN连接认证的时候总是“认证失败”，确认VPN网关IP地址、账户和密码、认证方式等配置都正确。

查了一下日志，发现以下信息里有些错误，求大神帮忙看一下到底是哪里错误。我的系统是Windows10，使用了管理员权限安装和运行。
