WA4320i-ACN无线AP怎么升级刷机？

问题描述：
我有一台H3C无线AP，产品代码ewp-wa4320i-acn-fit，型号H3C WA4320i-ACN，通过超级终端连接AP，看到原来里面有两个文件：wa4300-boot.bin和wa4300-system.bin。现在从官网下载了WA4300-CMW520-R1509P03-FAT.ZIP，解压出来得到apwa4300_v1.15.btw和WA4300-CMW520-R1509P03-FAT.bin两个文件，为什么官网下载的文件格式跟原机里面的文件格式不一样？请问应该怎么刷机升级？

首先将WA4300-CMW520-R1509P03-FAT.bin改为wa4300_fat.bin文件，然后下载一个TFTP服务器
1、AP启动的时候按CTRL+B进入BOOT界面
2、先把按CTRL+F把flash格式掉，格式成功后，输入3进入如下图这个界面
3、然后输入3进入下图
注意的是,Server IP地址是TFTP的地址，也就是你的电脑的IP地址，Local IP地址需要和TFTP IP地址同一个网段

文件wa4300_fat.bin成功上传，但是无法启动系统，这是为什么啊？请教大神
