nat otubound 3199 不是在 0/1的出方向上面应用3199 规则吗?
但是实际100.0段的PC还是能访问6.0 9.0 等的网络?

NAT outbound是访问外网的用的,如果是调用3199前面说的那些个deny,有可能是ipsecVPN拒绝感兴趣流的。100网段是你的内网,9网段是对端内网。访问的时候不让他们上公网出去,而是通过IPsec隧道过去的
