交换机，端口每天定时闪断，闪断端口不定

问题描述：
公司所有交换机（全是可网络交换机，如S10500、S3100等）现在发现一个现象，经常有交换机端口闪断（很多交换机都是这样，包括核心交换机），每天定时一两次，原感觉是STP问题，后来把所有交换机的STP全关了，问题依旧，请问大师，这种情况一般是什么原因？从此处去查？
公司网络结构是树形结构，采用vlan管理，每台电脑指定IP地址
