防火墙F100-C-G2 忘记Consle口和WEB页面密码

请注意：做以下的所有操作时，需要一根买设备时附带的配置线，一端是网线那种水晶头连路由器的console口，一端是9孔的串口，连接电脑的com口。（购买设备标配附件）。

Win7系统需要到网上搜索下载一个名为绿色版或者破解版secureCRT的软件

Xp系统使用超级终端，若超级终端不可用也可以使用secureCRT的软件

如果是台式电脑默认的COM口为COM1,如果使用USB转接线请按照下图找自己电脑的COM口编号。

1、在电脑上点击计算机图标

2、点击系统属性进入“设备管理器”例子中为“COM1”口但是在实际环境中可能有改变。

一、XP超级终端设置：（开始---所有程序---附件---通讯---超级终端）

1、新建连接 名称和图标随便写。（初次打开若需要国家码或者区号可以随便填写，提示选择脉冲拨号或者音频拨号时一定选择脉冲拨号）

2、选择电脑连接的com口，根据您电脑的情况选择com口

3、配置com口的属性，必须要和图中的一致，可以点击还原默认值。

二、secureCRT软件设置

1、文件—快速连接

2、协议选择serial，配置相应的选项，点击连接，即可进入命令

在设备启动的时候按Ctrl + B ,进入bootware菜单

等设备启动起来后，进入命令行后将console口登录认证改成不认证或者重置console密码

Console设置为不认证：

注：

V7防火墙默认开启了密码恢复功能，在bootware启动的时候会提示Password recovery capability is enabled.

如果之前配置了关闭该功能，在bootware启动的时候会提示Password recovery capability is disabled.那么只能通过选项5来恢复出厂设置，系统将自动删除主用和备用的配置文件
