S5130-28S-SI loopback检测问题

网络拓扑图如上。s5130开启环回检测，下面的tplink傻瓜交换机人为制造环路，如红线部分。现在的情况是tplink下面的电脑无法上网，但是5130，不管是全局还是11端口都没有任何提示信息。
