S3100V3-10TP-SI无法启动

我单位有一台S3100V3-10TP-SI，通过配置口连接后，软件无法启动，提示信息如下。请问应该如何恢复到出厂设置？谢谢！使用Ctrl+D，Ctrl+B都进不去。
