WX3024E无线AC控制器，光口灯不亮，急急急急急急急急急急急急！

问题描述：

单位的无线网络突然不能用，已经有好几次了，每次都不知道什么原因，自己就好了，每次检查时发现WX3024E无线AC控制器，负责上联核心的光口灯不亮（25/22）,核心设备的端口显示down，但是开启后也没用，因为是down，不是shutdown；

哪位大神来教教我怎么去查？以下为部分摘要的配置，也看不出来有down的啊，怎么把光口UP，如何查什么原因造成的呢？急急急
