问题描述：

我的acl和qos 配置如上，在接口 interface GigabitEthernet1/0/44 使用规则是报错，qos apply policy 3000 outbound Reason: Not supported by hardware.
组网及组网描述：
是一个三层核心，是阻止访问vlan4，7,8,9，10，8000一下的端口，但是放行443和80 ，
