关于VLAN间通信的问题

核心交换机这样配置     跟接入层交换机TRUNK口连接。接入层划分好了VLAN 40 60 70 2000并划分接口，写了一条ip route-static 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 172.168.1.254 的缺省路由指向核心交换机VLAN2000的管理IP 。  PC在接入层可以获取IP分配但是无法ping通所在vlan以外的网段。。。。WEB也无法通过172.168.1.254登入WEB.

求大神解答
