问题描述：

AP以前有胖模式的web管理，一直挂在MSG360下做瘦ap用，现在AC不再想刷回胖ap的模式。

按照网上的教程试了好多回都失败了，执行 bootrom update file XXXXXXX 命令的时候

提示：Failed to get the Boot Rom program. Aborted the upgrade of system .

有大神知道要如何升级吗？

现在AP是V7版本，胖版本是V5，你得先降级，降到V5再刷胖版本，你尝试下重启AP，然后按ctrl+B进入bootrom模式，然后按ctrl+F格式化，然后再在bootrom模式下上传胖版本，但这个办法不一定百分百成功，如果不行的话，按如下方式做：

部分局点存在如下情况，手头的AP为V7版本，现在临时需要降级V5，按照常规操作AP V7版本降级V5版本，需要在V5版本的AC配置下就行操作，但是手头没有V5版本的AC，手动操作AP直接降级。

需要提前准备AP V5版本的软件

第一步：进入V7boot Ctrl+F

第二步：进入V7boot 通过网卡口，传入V5 AP bin文件，提示更新boot版本的时候选择Y

第三步：再次Crtl+F格式化AP flash

第四步：导入V5 AP版本（从AC V5版本中获取，建议使用最新版本）

第五步：重启，降级完成
