S5500 交换机配置了三层功能,做dhcp服务,网线直连的电脑无法自动获取IP地址

问题描述:

配置表对照没发现缺少什么东西

如果是有些能获取到,有些获取不到,应该不是配置问题。建议debugging dhcp server all ,根据debug对照一下dhcp交换过程,看缺少哪一步。

你好,我在你的配置中没看到你在全局中开启dhcp enable

例如:[H3C]dhcp enable

最终的问题找到原因了,AC控制器是AC交换一体机,内部有聚合接口,没有配置AC端的端口聚合功能导致DHCP不正常,一个一个设备拔排查出来的,感谢各位工程师

您好,请知:

需确认下电脑直接接S5500交换机看是否能自动获取IP地址。如果都不能,需确认S5500上的VLAN已经下发到位,且完成了DHCP的部署。

如果在S5500上能获取IP地址,则需要往下排查看VLAN是否已下发到位。

电脑直连获取不到ip地址,但和交换机trunk互联的AC发射的对应无线可以获取到ip地址,有线的都拿不到ip地址,也不是都拿不到,网卡反复禁用启用几次可能就拿到IP了
