MSR3640在v7下使用RT-SIC-1GEC-H3 只能达到100M

问题描述：

MSR3640在v7下使用RT-SIC-1GEC-H3端口速度为1000M,但实际测速只能达到100M，因为设置的问题吗？ 机器恢复出厂设置，端口恢复默认设置也不行，望大佬指点

您好，请知：
看下对端是否有做了速率、双工模式的强制。
同时更换质量好点的网线。
可考虑升级软件版本到最新看下。
