MSR 2630 U盘自动配置不生效的经验案例

客户现场为MSR2630的路由器，现需要通过U盘自动配置的方式对设备进行配置，但是在实施时配置下发不成功。

1．在实验室使用MSR2630的设备和USB3.0的U盘进行测试：

在命令行使用dir查看，U盘已经正常识别为usba3，但是配置没有下发成功；

3.重新使用另外一个空U盘进行测试，U盘内只放了cfg的配置文件进行测试；U盘在设备里面识别为usba0；能正常配置成功；

3．将设备识别为usba3的U盘内只留cfg文件进行测试，无法配置成功；

4．将设备识别为usba0的U盘内多放入一些跟配置无关的文件进行测试，设备也无法配置成功；

5．从以上测试的结果来看，配置能否成功跟U盘识别的类型以及U盘内是否有多余文件有关；U盘识别为usba0且U盘内没有多余文件时，能正常配置成功；

使用设备识别为usba0的U盘进行自动配置且U盘内没有多余文件。

1. U盘识别为usba3时，U盘自动配置是不成功的；

2．自动配置的U盘要专用，U盘内不要有多余的文件；

3．U盘识别为usba3的情况应该是U盘有隐藏分区造成的，U盘重新分区就可以解决。可以使用UdiskHelper软件重新分区：

软件使用方法如下：首先先选择U盘，然后在U盘第一分区大小里边写入最大的空间，文件系统一定要选FAT32，然后点击执行修改即可。

注意：重新分区时会格式化U盘，U盘里的文件要保存好。
