问题描述：
设置列表
- 有序列表
- 无序列表
在翻看二层3100时发现如下两种问题，自我排查发现 3层聚合口 和 二层 聚合口 均是允许了VLAN1通过，为什么还会出现如上原因呢？求大佬解答！
ARP 问题如下：出现频率每小时一次

STP问题如下：出现频率几分钟一条，很多。（网上解释是说：因为STP的BPDU报文可以发出但是收不到所以报如下错误：）

自我排查发现 3层聚合口 和 二层 聚合口 均是允许了VLAN1通过，为什么还会出现如上原因呢？求大佬解答！
