忘记console 密码 ：
1、如果之前配置有远程的账户密码：可以通过远程登telnet /ssh /web录到设备进行更改；

2、如果没有配置远程管理的话：
确认交换机全局开启 密码恢复功能：

pc 连接 console 线到交换机；
通过console线和CRT软件连接并登陆设备，然后把设备断电重启。控制台上会打印如下信息，当出现“press Ctrl+B”的时候快速按住“Ctrl+B” 进入botroom菜单

这一次重启登陆交换机不需要用户名和密码，进到命令行修改console接入密码保存配置，之后用修改后的密码登陆

此时的设备配置是存在的，依然在运行当前配置：

5. Restore to factory default configuration

选择控配置进入系统；

然后 按0 重启；进入系统后，
####注意此时设备运行配置为空，不要进行save 操作，否则会覆盖之前的配置哦。

如果需要更改密码，先到处startup.cfg 文件，编辑后在导入，重启，或者进行配置混滚（配置回滚操作无需重启即可生效）

3、如果设备 密码恢复功能是关闭的状态：只能进入bootroom 恢复出厂；

配置没有了哦；只能通过之前保存的配置，来恢复设备的配置了；
