某局点S5130S-52S-PWR-HI|交换机下接的话机会重启

设备型号和版本：S5130S-52S-PWR-HI Release 6343P08

现场反馈使用5130交换机替换3600交换机后，部分话机在接完电话后会重启，日志也有告警

1、仅交换机端口供电，交换机配置POE非标监测和强制供电，故障依旧

2、仅外接电源供电，交换机关闭POE供电功能，插上话机自带的电源适配器，正常

3、查看设备供电情况，设备还剩1585.3(W)，如果怀疑是功率不足，概率不大

4、现场交换机和话机通过配线架连接，从交换机到配线架的跳线已经更换。福禄克测试通过

5、产品线分析诊断信息，发现port4、27、41口有POE过电流掉电记录，与现场反馈现象（5130-1的4、27、41口连IP话机存在反复重启）一致。

因此POE震荡原因：客户处话机为Class1终端，与交换机分级结果也一致（如下诊断信息高亮部分）。根据IEEE标准Class1供电功率最大为4W，如终端电话功耗超过4W就会触发交换机侧过流掉电，掉电后交换机又会重新检测分级上电，因此会出现客户处的POE震荡。
