现场反馈使用5130交换机替换3600交换机后,部分话机在接完电话后会重启,日志也有告警

1、仅交换机端口供电,交换机配置POE非标监测和强制供电,故障依旧
2、仅外接电源供电,交换机关闭POE供电功能,插上话机自带的电源适配器,正常
3、查看设备供电情况,设备还剩1585.3(W),如果怀疑是功率不足,概率不大

4、现场交换机和话机通过配线架连接,从交换机到配线架的跳线已经更换。福禄克测试通过
5、产品线分析诊断信息,发现port4、27、41口有POE过电流掉电记录,与现场反馈现象(5130-1的4、27、41口连IP话机存在反复重启)一致。

因此POE震荡原因:客户处话机为Class1终端,与交换机分级结果也一致(如下诊断信息高亮部分)。根据IEEE标准Class1供电功率最大为4W,如终端电话功耗超过4W就会触发交换机侧过流掉电,掉电后交换机又会重新检测分级上电,因此会出现客户处的POE震荡。
