关于AP切换为anchor 模式后又自动切换为fit 模式的机制

某局点客户反馈WA66系列AP 切换为anchor 模式使用后又自动重启变为fit 模式。

通过查询logbuffer 日志来看，打印如下：

从日志中看是anchor AC 的二层网络中还存在其他的AC，回复了capwap 的response报文，但是客户坚持网络中没有其他AC，也不愿配合定位，最后通过命令固化了anchor模式解决。

anchor AC的机制是如果网络中存在其他AC的情况下，会将自身重新变为fit模式注册到普通AC上，如果无法排查到普通AC的话，可以通过wlan anchor-ap persistent-mode ac命令固化anchor AC模式。
