S5850与思科设备做端口聚合，无法通信。

问题描述：
S5850和思科的交换机用两个端口做静态的端口聚合，聚合口配置成trunk模式，但是虽然能看到建立聚合链路，但是S5850只有一条链路是UP，另一条链路做备用了，思科设备那边是两条链路都是UP。两端模式、速率一样，也无法通信。
