丢包问题

问题描述：
这是客户的一个监控核心交换机，华为S9700的。现在设备的延时达到了87S，丢包挺严重的。检查发现这三个端口有问题，然后拔掉后还是有丢包。
求帮忙：这几个端口可能是什么情况？为什么这几个端口关掉后还是有丢包情况？谢谢了
