MSR3640对接华为AR6700，E1口非成帧模式，PPP，协议口一直down和up

你dis你的接口，然后华为的dis他的接口看看，如果他是成帧，你这边也成帧，总之两边一致就行。如果你不会看，贴出两边配置来。dis int ser 1/0/1
