H3C SecPath U200-CM 1-4端口灯不亮

问题描述：
连接网线后1-4口灯不亮，不能传输数据，通过CONSOLE口连接，输入密码后提示：
BootWare Validating... Application program does not exist. 选择1 Boot System 后提示：

防火墙重启的时候没有 Press Ctrl+B to enter extended boot menu… ，按ctrl+b也没有反应，怎么办？
