问题描述：

设备以前使用的，不知道IP地址多少，无法通过网口进去，现在用console线接电脑，但是每次重启都是这个界面就进不去了，就好像一个shell，但是命令也看不到，只有exit命令能用，有大神遇到过吗？求帮助。。。。

不知道恢复出厂设置能不能行。。。
过保了，客服都不处理了，郁闷
刷个版本进去就可以了
是找不到bin目录文件吧

解决办法：重新刷了一个系统就解决了。
要怎么操作呢？？？

发出来格式不对 - -
防火墙不能进，我试一下看看能不能刷个软件版本进去了
解决办法：重新刷了一个系统就解决了。
重启后按ctrl+B能进入bootrom吗？如果可以，从官网下载个版本文件上传看看，如果还不行，只能报修了，过保了也可以保修，就是得收费
