交换机端口随机updown，导致终端随机性网络中断

随机掉线用户，IMC用户认证明细显示host careiy，怀疑网络存在问题。

查看交换机发现设备有从上联口收到tc报文，但设备配置了边缘端口和BPDU保护，查看mac漂移无记录。物理线路质量无问题。
