HPE InforSight
用户请求实现自动报修Case功能
环境已经搭建完毕,且"infosight.hpe.com"已经可以观测到主机信息。
用户测试人为移除电源 ,Infosight已经体现,但是没有Case生成。
按照Infosight for server的FAQ,InfoSight for Server还不能告警,AHS的数据每天才上传一次。
如果需要实现自动报修,开Case,还是要搭建IRS实现。

How do I connect my HPE servers to InfoSight? |
Through iLO Amplifier Pack, which is an appliance you download from hpe.com. iLO Amplifier Pack gathers and collects the health and performance data of the servers and communicates the data back to InfoSight. |
How frequently is the server data collected? |
The health of each server is monitored every 5 minutes and the AHS logs are passed back to InfoSight once per day. |
What is the licensing cost for InfoSight for Servers? |
Zero. Basic monitoring and health information is free. More advanced functionality (predictive analytics and transformational support) requires an active server warranty or support contract. |
Does InfoSight require an iLO Advanced license? |
No, but servers with a iLO Standard license will not have access to functionality tied to an iLO Advanced feature (e.g. Advanced Power Management) |
Does InfoSight for Servers replace Insight Remote Support (IRS)? |
Not at this time. IRS customers should continue to use IRS until equivalent functionality is available in InfoSight for Servers. |
