向设备发送请求失败

如题，

IMC做Radius与Portal服务器，旁挂核心5/0/16，IP为：192.168.50.6 vlan50

有线终端直连核心5/0/14 获取的地址为192.168.3.2 vlan3

核心是V5的S7506E-S 192.168.50.1vlan50， 192.168.3.1vlan3

192.168.3.1可ping通192.168.50.6，3.2也可通50.6

核心做如下配置：
